Shipping Policy

  1. Please allow 7 – 14 days for delivery. Carol Tasker Art is a small business and at this stage cannot state exact delivery times. We will do our best to make sure the items ship as soon as possible. 
  2. All shipping envelopes, boxes & bags are chosen to keep your items safe and secure  as possible for transportation. 
  3. Packaging used will be as environmentally friendly as possible. These can be recycled and reused.
  4. Please note that all sales are final.
  5. We Do Not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  6. All original art sent within the US is shipped with FedEx or USPS. If expedited shipping or international shipping is required an additional cost will be incurred and billed to your account. 
  7. Paintings will be shipped in small, medium or large framed art boxes. 
  8. Larger paintings can be taken off the stretcher bars and rolled in a tube for an additional shipping fee. If crating is required the extra costs will be added to the purchaser.
  9. If you would like your painting shipped on the stretcher bar or crated a quote would be given and all costs will be for the purchaser.
  10. All international shipping will be charged for.
  11. Some countries charge import tax and custom fees. Please make sure you are aware of your countries laws before you place your order. We (Carol Tasker Art) will not be responsible for any import tax or duties incurred.
  12. As and when Prints of original artworks become available they will be custom printed by our third party printer so  delivery time may be longer. Prices include free packing and shipping within the USA.
  13. We are unable to ship prints outside of the  US as fees are very high. If you would like to have them shipped internationally, extra shipping costs will be incurred.
